Welcome
My name is Pippa. I'm a compassionate integrative therapist, supporting adults aged 18+, online or in person (in Exeter).
I can help if you're struggling with low self esteem, challenging relationships and attachment issues, to help you learn to set boundaries and to feel connected with a sense of meaning and purpose.

As I'm an integrative therapist, I like to find tools and approaches which I feel will inspire and empower you. I bring in theories such as attachment, inner child work and polyvagal theory, all of which can be incredibly powerful to help my clients learn about themselves. I also love working somatically, as it can help shift trauma without having to revisit painful memories.

Some areas I can help with include:
-
setting boundaries
-
family issues
-
childhood trauma
-
controlling behaviour
-
feeling 'stuck'
-
finding purpose and meaning
-
narcissistic abuse
-
attachment wounds such as abandonment or neglect, or mother/father wounds
-
relationships (including couples therapy)
-
single parent issues
-
somatic therapy (shifting stored emotions and trauma)
-
Inner child work
-
Neurodiversity including supporting clients with assessments/diagnoses such as autism or ADHD

How I can help
I can support and encourage you to explore and work through any issues which you feel are holding you back or causing distress. The aim is to empower you with the knowledge and tools to set boundaries, increase your confidence and self esteem and help you discover your true potential.

I offer individual and couples therapy sessions from tranquil therapy rooms in the centre of Exeter, Devon. I also offer online sessions via Google Meet for UK-based clients and can combine online with in-person sessions.

"I have found my sessions with Pippa extremely valuable in helping to process my thoughts and navigate some of the challenges I face. She has a calm and encouraging manner and has provided a safe space for me to be vulnerable, open up and make sense of things I have been through and how this has shaped the way I approach life day to day."
